Privacy Policy

Last updated 5 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data CorviaCo collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you enquire, book a consultation or become a client, together with limited technical information about how you use this website.

  • Contact details: name, email address, telephone number and company name
  • Enquiry details: the services you are interested in and anything you tell us about your business
  • Client records: information required to provide the services, including identity verification documents
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide the services you engage us for, meet our own legal and regulatory obligations, and improve this website.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Identity verification

Corporate services providers are required to verify the identity of directors, shareholders and beneficial owners. Where we collect identity documents for this purpose, we hold them because we are legally required to and we cannot provide the service without them.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information that does not become an engagement is deleted after twelve months. Client records are retained for the period required by law after the engagement ends, which varies by jurisdiction and record type.

Who we share it with

We share information with registries and tax authorities where filing requires it, and with service providers who help us operate — for example hosting and document storage. All are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, and to ask us to delete information we no longer have a legal basis to keep.

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete data we are not required to retain
  • Object to processing, or ask us to restrict it
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on it

Cookies

This website uses a small number of cookies. Our Cookie Policy sets out what they are and how to control them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be notified directly.
